Shipping Within the European Union

  • Standard delivery within the EU: 2–5 business days.

  • Express delivery (where available): 1–3 business days.

  • Shipping fees will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

  • Orders above [insert threshold, e.g. €200] qualify for free standard shipping within the EU.

 

International Shipping

  • We ship worldwide. Delivery times may vary depending on the destination, usually 5–10 business days.

  • International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.

 

Delivery Information

  • We cannot deliver to P.O. boxes.

  • Please ensure your delivery details are correct when placing your order. PRÉVOIR cannot be held responsible for lost parcels due to incorrect information provided.

  • If a package is not collected and is returned to us, the return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
